“My computer updated and I can no longer see shared files or folders?”

For Windows 7:

Go to Start> Select Control Panel> Select Network and the InternetChoose Network and Sharing Center> Select Change advanced sharing settings (on the left side)> Under Private (Network Discovery), make sure that Turn on network discovery option is selectedUnder Guest or Public (File and Printer Sharing), make sure that Turn on file and printer sharing option is selected> Under All Networks (Password protected sharing), make sure Turn off password protected sharing is off.

For Windows 10:

Press Windows +R buttons> in the Run dialog, type Control Panel and click OK> Select Network and the InternetChoose Network and Sharing Center> Select Change advanced sharing settings (on the left side)> Under Private (Network Discovery), make sure that Turn on network discovery option is selectedUnder Guest or Public (File and Printer Sharing), make sure that Turn on file and printer sharing option is selected> Under All Networks (Password protected sharing), make sure Turn off password protected sharing is off.

“Do you repair phone screens?”

No, we do not repair iPhone or android screens. However, we do service them. If you have any software related issues, bring them in and we will be happy to help!

“Do you sale used electronics?”

Yes, we often sale used computers and printers. Be on the lookout for sale announcements on our Facebook page. All items are sold as is.

“How do I use the Remote Support Portal?”

**Please call ahead so that we can expect your submission. **

Click on the Remote Support Portal link> Select Download Remote Support >Once it finishes downloading, select Open or Run, a Remote Support Session will prompt you to accept the disclaimer> Input your name and select the Submit button. You will then be added to our queue.
